Profit is divided as follows: • 40% to LearnGrid Investors • 30% to the Landowner • 30% to Zephyr Each LearnGrid investor earns approximately ₹2.48 lakhs per year, resulting in an annual ROI of 24.8%. Profits are transferred quarterly to investors’ bank accounts.
Who runs the preschool?
The school is entirely operated by Cambridge-trained faculty and Zephyr’s Early Learning Management Team. Zephyr handles: • Curriculum & academics • Teacher training • School operations • Admissions • Finance & compliance • Parent communication • Marketing & branding Investors do not need to manage anything.
